  • An inner transformation is a process in which an individual becomes aware of their thoughts, emotions, and what’s holding them back. From there on, they create new, empowering beliefs for themselves and act in accordance with those.

  • Navigating the waves of change means going through the ups and downs of life all whilst maintaining a positive outlook on life, feeling empowered, being aligned with your core and inner self, and taking intentional actions to create meaningful change in your life.

  • Reclaiming your wholeness means that you have connected to who you are and you are able to express what you are thinking and feeling to others. You’ve essentially embraced your whole self and are comfortable being yourself with others.

  • When you change your internal reality, you replace your negative narrative with a narrative that empowers you to change your external reality. You can’t change your external reality by keeping the same limiting internal belief systems.

  • A limiting internal belief system is a set of beliefs that an individual holds about the world, society, and many other things that negatively affects their day-to-day life. Sometimes, we hold these beliefs to be absolute truths deep down, underneath all our “surface” thoughts

  • Any individual who is open-minded, willing to receive feedback, be honest with themselves, and is ready to work on themselves. They will ultimately need to do some self-reflection, look at what might be blocking them from achieving their goals and determine specific action steps to be able to work towards their dreams and desires.

  • Yes, there is a cancellation policy. Please advise me 48h in advance if you need to move an appointment. Note that the fees for the session are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24h notice.
