Hi there, my name is Vanina Pitsch and I’m glad you found me!

I believe in the power of revealing oneself to elevate others, so they can contribute to the greater good. Here’s my story.

My Story 

Today I am a leadership development specialist, personal and professional coach, and mindfulness facilitator. I’ve worked in the corporate world for 10 years, have practiced as a life coach for 4 years, and have led & facilitated experiential workshops and retreats for over 2 years. I’m passionate about helping people move through life’s challenges so that they can transform into their next level selves, because I have done the same myself.

When I was in my early 30s, I experienced quite a few challenges. Stuck and frustrated, I felt like I could not break my own glass ceiling in several areas of my life such as career, finances, relationships, and health. One of my major life challenges was when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 32 years old! This shocking event led me to do the inner work and create new, empowering beliefs for myself. Through my healing and inner transformation, I was propelled forward and became committed to dedicating my life’s mission to helping individuals grow into their next level selves. 

I strive to lead by example by balancing my corporate and bohemian sides into the services that I provide; my approach merges the structured and logical with the creative and intuitive. 

I’m also a strong believer in prioritizing my health and cultivating my well-being so that I can shine, fully show up, and provide support to others. It is from this place that I serve and step into my mission to work with individuals who are transforming from the inside out and evolving to their next level selves with the coaching, mindfulness and embodiment practices that I offer. 

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management, am certified as a Personal and Professional Coach (PPCC) from Concordia University and I am a certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Quebec HR Order.

I take care of my mental health and wellbeing with a variety of activities, such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, self-reflection and journaling, intuitive dancing, spending time outdoors (running, hiking, cross-country skiing) and playing tennis.
